We stoped in for a quick bite while in the area and it did not disappoint. Very small and older establishment located across the street from round rock garden center/behind gatti land. We were seated quickly and the staff wasvery attentive. They worked as a team which is always a plus. Red salsa wasn't my fav but the green salsa was delish! We went specifically to try the migas tacos and they did not disappoint. Tortillas weren't homemade however they didn't have the typical cheap store-bought flavor. The Migos came with cheese and were cooked perfectly with the right amount of onions, peppers, and tomatoes tossed in . The chips and the Migos were small and crunchy making it the perfect bite. We also ordered a side of breakfast potatoes, which appeared to be bland however they were very misleading. The potatoes were delicious cooked perfectly and I have zero complaints. I also ordered a Agua Fresca cantaloupe flavor. It was pretty good, however it tasted a little watery... wouldn't order that again but I did finish it. Definitely a new go to spot for us when in the area!

If you blink, you'll miss this mom and pop restaurant. We eat here every Sunday morning and it's delicious and very reasonably priced.

I go here several times a month. I order the Chicken Fajita Mini Tacos and my husband gets the Camellia plate, which is three meats (steak, chicken, shrimp) smothered in queso over rice and tortillas. Everyone who works here is nice, it's cozy inside, and the young waitress is extremely attentive. They recognize me and have learned my order every time I come in. It's like getting a family home-cooked meal. Can't say enough good things about this place. I'll keep going here as long as they're open.

Don't blink or you'll miss this little restaurant off Sam Bass Rd. After being told many times of how good it is we finally were able to get in. The interior is basic table chair setting hole in the wall establishment but packs a punch with amazing food. We tried a little bit of everything. Menudo, breakfast food and they had a variety of Mexican food galore. They also serve antojitos like Elote en vaso, fresas con crema, and liquados. The service is friendly but you do need to remind to bring you stuff. They did get busy while we were there so I'll give them a pass. They close early so be sure to go before 2 pm on Sundays.

No it not the best looking building. I like grease spoon looking buildings. Listen this is Real Mexican food. I'm a Texan. What a meal we had. It was almost closing they welcome us and did not rush us. Don't go for looks go for the food

(4.5 rounded up) Doesn't look like much when you see it. The definition of a hole-in-the-wall. (These words in the sample review work well here, too.) But the food is worth it. The prices are reasonable, the portion sizes are large, and the staff is very friendly. What more can you ask for? On my latest visit, yesterday, I had their tortilla soup (which I'll come back to), and their elote en vaso. Not many places around here have elote en vaso, so I'm always happy to see it on the menu. This place didn't disappoint. To be honest, I wasn't completely impressed with the soup when I had it. It was very plain, not like other tortilla soups I've enjoyed more. I doctored it the way I normallly would, with some of the ingredients that came on the side -- corn tortilla strips and cheese. I also squeezed in some fresh lime juice, from the limes they brought for my water. I had some of the soup and brought the rest home for later. Often soups and stews are better the second day. What I learned is that this is one of those soups. When I first had it, it tasted a lot like a standard chicken broth. When I heated it up for lunch the next day, it had transformed into exactly the kind of tortilla soup I really like. Thick and flavorful. It needed that time for all the flavors to meld. I'd thought I'd never order it again here, and just stick with other choices. But, from now on, I think I'll just get it to go and wait to eat it the next day. Also, I tend to forget that they have paletas until it's too late. One day, I'm going to make a point of leaving some room for them. I'll definitely be heading back for more.
